Description

The teacher will provide feedback soon after the Observation and Conversation Assessment, and you are expected to have a completed assignment that is presented to the class by the end of the semester. The presentation of your work must be at least 5 minutes and you must have demonstrated a significant amount of writing (even if you are doing an audio / video recording, a script is necessary for submission). Below is the final project submission rubric:

Level 1 (0-59%)

Level 2 (60-69%)

Level 3 (70-79%)

Level 4 (80-100%)

Knowledge

Limited understanding of themes; did not follow instructions

Some understanding of themes; followed some topic instructions

Good understanding of themes; followed topic instructions

Excellent understanding of themes; followed all topic instructions

Application

Limited skills in making final presentation; boring to watch

Some skill in presenting final work; mildly interesting to watch

Skill demonstrated in presenting work; interesting

Excellent level of skill in presenting work; very interesting to watch

Communication

Limited writing skills; shows little effort to spell correctly

Several distracting spelling / grammatical errors

Few distracting spelling / grammatical errors

No distracting spelling / grammatical errors; easy to read

Thinking

Limited thought in produced finished work; shows little effort overall

Some thought in producing finished work; shows some effort overall
